Provided that in case of candidates who possess
a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice
Administration or a Master’s degree in Social Work,

Educational Qualification for the posts of

Any Degree awarded by any University recognised by the University Grants
Commission.
Provided that other things being equal, preference shall be given to the
candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal
Justice Administration and next preference shall be given to the candidates
possessing Master’s degree in Social Work.

Selection will be made in two successive stages i.e., (i) Examination (Written /
Computer Based Test Method) and (ii) Oral Test in the shape of an interview
